where are we in the fashion industry?

This project explores the unseen elements of the fashion industry. What is behind the clothes we buy and wear? This is achieved by looking at what is behind the garment in areas such as trends, trend forecasting, advertising/media and individuality. The topics are presented in individual publications. Inspired by magazines and fashion print media, the project gives insight into our clothing choices and raises the question of individuality. This project is for the individual, to give them information on fashion that allows them to make their mind up on what it means to them. It is not an advertisement to sell clothes or frivolous content, rather an informative piece of communication on a topic that we all experience.
